Scout was featured on About.com in their Tabby Cat photo gallery!


Scout walked to support stray cats in the Springfield Humane Society Paws Around Town 2007 Walk-a-thon and was photographed for their website. Scout, a former stray, was the only cat at the annual walk, and she was proud to join the many dogs and their humans, to raise funds for stray pets. "Team Scout" also included myself carrying her, my brother, and his German Shepherd mix Nikita, who is also a former stray. Scout's favorite part was pausing for a few minutes to watch the Comtu Waterfalls in downtown Springfield. See pictures of Scout in the PETS Gallery
